These 12 " deep shadow boxes with glass shelves are designed and crafted by SwingFrame Manufacturing. SwingFrame Designer Lighted Metal Shadow Box with Shelves features concealed hinges and a hidden sliding gravity lock behind the front metal picture frame profile. This profile is hinged to a sturdy laminated wood shadow box. 12" Deep Shadow Boxes Available with Adjustable Glass Shelves
Depending on your shadowbox size and orientation, you can choose 1/4" or 3/8" glass shelves. You select the number of shelves needed for your enclosed Swingframe display case. From 1 to 6 adjustable shelves, you have the flexibility to display your items by moving the shelves onto the pre-drilled shelf clip holes on the interior sides.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of receipt of your purchase. Access Display Group, Inc. liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B destination), proved defective.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Contact our customer service department for instructions on how to return the product.
This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This warranty only applies to the original product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Access Display Group, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging.
This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 is non-returnable.

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
