We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below;
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.
**THE BOX WILL APPEAR BRIGHTER WHEN A WHITE OR LIGHTER INTERIOR IS CHOSEN. THE DARKER THE INTERIOR, THE LESS THE LIGHT WILL TRAVEL AND SPREAD. KEEP THIS IN MIND, AS WELL AS THE LIGHTING ENVIRONMENT YOU WILL BE PLACING THIS SHADOW BOX DISPLAY CASE INTO, WHEN CHOOSING THE LED LIGHTING OPTION WHICH WILL WORK BEST FOR YOUR APPLICATION.
We offer TWO Power Supply Options as detailed below;
12v PLUG-IN ADAPTER
The 12v Plug-In Adapter can be plugged into any standard wall outlet. They come in Black or White, along with its wiring. The plug has a wire that is 5 feet to the power supply, then additional 3-4 feet depending on the adapter wattage capacity (see specs below for more information).
12v DRIVER for HARDWIRED APPLICATIONS.
For this option a licensed electrician will be required to provide power to the display case. The benefit of this option is that the wires and power source (driver) can be concealed by the electrician (see specs below for more information).

SwingFrame Manufacturing, a division of Access Display Group, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of shipment or original installation.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned (address below) by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection:

SwingFrame Mfg. liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B destination), proved defective.
This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This warranty only applies to the original installation of the product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited to 90 days from date of shipment or original installation. SwingFrame Manufacturing shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 25% restock fee and any return shipping costs. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
For all products designed and manufactured by SwingFrame Mfg...orders exceeding $2,500 dollars or any customized product orders are non-returnable.
Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns will be accepted without such authorization.

UPS / FedEx Lead Time
We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Factors that affect transit time are your specific delivery location, customs inspection, and approval of your shipment as it arrives at the border. You can estimate the number of days to receive your order (once it ships) by adding 7 days to the range posted on our website for the item.
Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Tailgate Service) ($0.00)
Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
